Payment Terms - Packages / Services

All payment terms will be agreed to upfront prior to commencing any work or services. Payment must be completed within 14 days of invoice / contract issued. Please also see our Wedding Packages regarding payments and deposits.

Payment Terms - Products / Orders / Collection

All payment terms will be agreed to upfront prior to commencing any work or services. All Customers who place a Deposit Or Full Payment for an Order are supplied with a Receipt. The Official Order once placed is checked by All Our Customers and Stamped with the Appropriate Notification regarding Our Terms & Our No Refund/Exchange Policy for them to See. All Purchased Products on the Day will be issued with a Receipt & Order Form. A Deposit will be required for any Orders made of 30% Percent or More of the Total Order Price. Payments must be made fortnightly or otherwise if stated on Invoice from Date of Order. Payments must be made regularly as agreed for the Commencement and Completion of any Work / Order. A complete payment due date will be specified. On Notification of the Completion of Work on any Order, Product or Service, Collection must be made once Customer is Notified of Completed work. Items are held for one week after Completion. Even if the Product(s) is completed soon after Receipt Date or Well in Advance of Ceremony Date, product must be Collected shortly after and not exceeding one week. Please Note that a Delay in Collection will Incur a "Holding Fee" of $10 per week until Collected. Customers are informed and made aware once Order has been placed that Products are only held on Premises for one week and Must be Collected as soon as Notification of Completion is made. No Item or Order can be Collected without an Official Receipt. 4Eva2Gether do not take responsibility of the Items if Other Parties are Collecting on Behalf of a Customer even if they supply a receipt. Customers can only Collect on Operating Time & Days. See our Website for these Details and check for any other times that the Shop is Closed. No Changes, Alterations, Adding or Detracting from Design or Product to any Orders will be accepted once the Order has been Placed. Some Orders are subject to change due to Stock Availability and Discontinued Items or Delay in Receiving Products. In this Case 4EVA2GETHER will Notify the Customer and make alternative arrangements.

Orders by Phone / Email

No Orders will be granted by Mobile, Telephone or Email unless the Client/Customer have previously visited 4Eva2Gether and have already checked the Product in Person and details for them have been taken prior by 4EVA2GETHER, then the Order can be Confirmed by Telephone / Email.

Postal Orders

No Postal Orders will be Taken for any Item(s).

Items Sent by Postage or by Courier

No Items from 4EVA2GETHER will be sent by Post or by Courier. All Items are to be collected directly by the Customer from Our Shop during our Operating Days & Times. All Our Products are Delicate and Must be handled with care on Collection. We do NOT Recommend that any of our Items be forwarded by Post or by Courier by any of Our Customers. If Our Customers choose to forward these items personally by Post or by Courier then the Responsibility for any damages, loss or lateness is upon the Customer.

Payment Terms - Urgent / Orders

All Orders require 3 Full Weeks Notice Before the Due Date. Any Urgent Orders Accepted for Completion with Less than 3 Full Weeks Notice will incur a 15% Percent Surcharge Or Otherwise Removed on 4EVA2GETHERs Discretion. Any Cancellations on Orders or Products paid Partially, by Deposit or in Full / Upfront will not be Refunded if you Change your Mind. If Cancelled on Personal Circumstances please see our Terms on "Refunds, Returns &/Or Cancellations".

Refunds, Returns &/Or Cancellations

Please Choose Carefully as there are no Refunds or Returns if you Change your Mind on any Products, Orders or Packages. All Products are Checked By All Customers or Receipt Holder for the Collection of Goods, therefore No Product is Damaged or Otherwise Before it Leaves the Shop - Please check any Goods prior to Collection. If an Agreement is made by 4EVA2GETHER to Exchange or Refund any Goods, this must be made within 10 Working Days from Date of Receipt or Purchase and Customer must return the Product in its Original Condition & Packaging together with the Receipt.

If Relating to any Orders of any type which have been Ordered, Completed and/or Decorated these Cancellations whether Paid by a Deposit, Partially Paid or in Full Upfront Payment will not be Refunded if you Change your Mind. If Product or Order is Cancelled on Personal Circumstances no Refund will be Granted Unless Proof of Cancellation is given in Writing within One (1) Month of Receipt Date. If Proof of Cancellation is not Received within One (1) Month of Receipt Date with Insufficient Proof, No Refund will be Granted. If Proof of Cancellation is Verified and given within One (1) Month of Receipt Date, a Refund of 20% of the Deposit Or 20% of the Full Payment Made is given. Note that a Sufficient Proof of Cancellation Required will be - (1) A Priest, Celebrant / Clergy, (2) The Church Service, (3) The Reception / Or Venue - All these 3 Cancellations must be Officially Verified in Writing. Please Allow time for 4EVA2GETHER to call and confirm all three specified cancellations.

Terms of Condition

Once an Order has been placed - All Customers are requested to check our Terms & Conditions on this Website, either verbally if not stated already on the Customers Order or Deposit Slip.

Warranty - Safety & Products

There is No Warranty on Any of Our Products. No Products or Items sold at 4EVA2GETHER are Lifelong or Long-Lasting. Note that Items do Tarnish and Discolour with Time. Please Note that Our Products are not for Children - so care must be taken to protect as our items are not Childproof. Our Favours and Bonbonnieres are merely for Adults not Children. Our Easter Candles for Children are labelled with a Caution Sticker - Adult Supervisor is required.

Wedding Planner Services

In the Client(s) Failure to Attend any Appointments made or Non-response to Telephone Calls / Emails or in the Client(s) Lack of Information which Required for the Wedding Planner to Perform the Services Adequately, then the Onus is upon the Client(s), if unsatisfied - No Refund will be insured on these circumstances.

In the Lateness or Absence of the Wedding Planner due to Misadventure or Illness on a Specific Day of Service, a Substitute will be Appointed at short notice to follow through on the Day, otherwise if Late the Wedding Planner will Extend her time of Service.

Website Photographs or Advertising

4EVA2GETHER Reserve the Right to Publish any Pictures or Photographs for Advertising or Website Purposes, of any Work created, produced or completed for any Customer by 4EVA2GETHER.

Closing Days

Always Check Our Website for Any Special Notices or Special Days Closed. Most Notices are on Our Main Pages of Each Section on this Website, on Facebook, Instagram. In some cases it may be on the basis of the information being subject to change without Notice again stated on this Website.
